Privacy policy

Effective 2026-11-05.2. This policy explains how Rapid Capital Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”), doing business as PlainRate Funding, handles personal information collected through this website.

The short version

• We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical data from your visit.
• We sell your information. When you submit a request and give consent, we sell or share it with business funders, brokers and other buyers of funding leads, and they pay us. Under state privacy laws this is a “sale” of personal information.
• You can opt out of future sharing, or ask us to delete your information, at any time.

Information we collect

From you: your name, email, phone number, business name, state, industry, and the funding details you choose (amount, purpose, time in business, monthly deposits, estimated credit range).

Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the page you arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link. We store this with your request so we can prove when and how you gave consent. We store a small first-party record in your browser of the page where you first arrived.

We don't ask for and don't want your Social Security number, bank login credentials or full account numbers on this site.

How we use it

• To sell or share your request with funders, brokers and other buyers of funding leads.
• To contact you about your request, if you consented.
• To keep records of consent, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.
• To understand and improve the site.

Who we share it with

• Buyers of funding leads: business funders, brokers and lead buyers. We sell or share your request with them, and they may contact you and use your information under their own privacy policies. Companies that may call or text you are listed on our Partners page.
• Service providers who host the site and send email for us, only to perform those services.
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Your privacy choices

Do not sell or share my personal information. To opt out of any future sale or sharing of your information, email hello@plainratefunding.com with the subject “Do not sell or share”. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out for that browser.

Access, correction and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

Calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text. You can withdraw consent to calls or texts at any time by emailing us. A provider that already received your request must honor its own opt-out, so tell them directly as well.

Information already shared with a provider before you opt out is held by that provider. Contact them to exercise your rights there.

Retention and security

We keep submitted requests and consent records for as long as we need them to prove consent and meet legal obligations, generally up to five years, then delete them. We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
