Effective 2026-11-05.2. These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Rapid Capital Solutions LLC doing business as PlainRate Funding.

We are not a lender, funder or broker

We connect businesses with funders. We don't lend, fund, arrange or negotiate funding, or make credit decisions. We sell or share what you submit with business funders, brokers and other buyers of funding leads, and they pay us for it. Companies listed on our Partners page when you submit may contact you. Every funder decides on its own whether to make an offer and on what terms. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee that you will be contacted, approved or offered any particular rate or amount.

Educational content

Our guides and calculator are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. Always read a provider's actual contract and disclosures, and consult a qualified advisor for decisions specific to your business.

Your information and consent

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request funding for the business you name. Your consent to be contacted is described on the form and in our privacy policy. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or funding.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or someone else's information, interfere with the site, or scrape it with automated tools.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any decision, act or omission of a funding provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
